So, I’ve finally got the time to spend photographing and writing about my jewellery, only to find out that my Mama has taken my camera on her holiday to Mexico! Annoyed is not the word.

Due to my lack of camera I’m not going to be able to post about the jewellery I’ve got, and believe me and have a lot to put up here!

So instead I’m going to spend the next few days scouring the internet and the High Street for some great sale deals as well as making a wish list.

I found their stall set up in the indoor section of Camden Lock Market and it was covered in a large selection of laser cut goodies.  I’m a bit of a self confessed geek so after five minutes of ooohing and ahhhing I knew I had to have this and a couple of other little goodies. Plastic Bat is a small website that sells lots of little handmade acrylic trinkets which are all beautiful and great value for money. PIECE NUMBER EIGHT. Key to my heart necklace. I was a bit of a late comer to etsy but since discovering it I’ve spent hours picking out my favourite items and agonising over what to buy. Check out my profile and favourites here. Anyway, I found this necklace from an American Seller and knew I had to have it! Despite buying stuff from China multiple times I’d never bought from America before so I was a little nervous. But it went without a hitch and four weeks later this necklace arrived on my doorstep and I love it! It cost $10 or about £6.50-£6.75 depending on the exchange rate, it’s from a seller called LicketyCut who specialise in laser cut acrylic jewellery. They have a multitude of lovely items but their star sellers are their gaming jewellery, think Zelda, Assassin’s Creed, Pokemon, WoW etc.  You’ve got to check these guys out! A promise for a year.

I’ve always been a massive fan on jewellery, so at the start of 2012 my friends set me a challenge. To accumulate 366 new pieces of jewellery, one for each day of the year. I’ve done okay so far, but decided to document the rest of my challenge and the aftermath of it here.
